Representatives on Somerset's Local Strategic Partnerships
A Register of Representatives from the Voluntary and Community Sector on Somerset's six Local Strategic Partnerships was published by SCIPP in July and updated last month.
This may be of interest to SMTF Members, as it shows who the sector's representatives are, and they could be approached if you have issues that need to be raised at LSP level.
Though the future of LSP's is uncertain, some kind of local strategic bodies will perhaps remain.
We don't yet know how, or indeed if, the Market Town regeneration sector will input to the new Local Enterprise Partnerships (Local Authorities and Businesses), but SMTF will continue to argue that there needs to be some strong linkages to our member organisations who promote and develop their 'Place'.
