County Council look to sell off assets including County Farms
The County Council are undertaking a 'Property Rationalisation Programme' which may be of interest to our member groups.
They are planning to cut a number of offices, with County Hall in the list. There's also a list of amenity land SCC owns. We would like to hope that the County Council will consider interest from community groups for these buildings and land, keeping them in community use, and not just sell them to the highest bidder.
