Could Rural Hubs work too?
When the Forum was at Monks Yard near Ilminster last week we heard about the Hubs concept - refering to a flexible model of workspace being used by a company that has set up a number of these places worldwide.
Elements of the Hubs - our nearest is in Bristol - may be of interest to our Member Towns who have workspace or skills & training projects, and in that they facilitate contact between small businesses, agencies and the voluntary & community sector who can all be users.
